Gowbarrow Challenge – from The Royal Hotel

A race from The Royal to the summit of Gowbarrow, and back! 3.5km there are back.  Current time to beat: 19 minutes 40 seconds Claim your free pint of Tirril Ullswater Blonde from the bar, and we’ll donate £1 per person to Patterdale Mountain Rescue   Rules: 1. Have fun. You must be smiling at the start, summit and finish 🙂 2. Start your watch at the Front Door of The Royal, take a selfie at Gowbarrow Summit and head straight back to the Royal. The clock stops when you touch the door at The Royal. 3.  See rule 1.
